This project consists of the redevelopment programme involving a physical connection between two of the buildings at the RAA Site.
Works are underway in preparation for the RAA’s 250th Anniversary in 2018. A newly created link will connect Burlington House and Burlington Gardens. Substantial upgrades of Burlington Gardens and Burlington House are underway.
The works consist of surveys, isolation processes, diversions, refurbishments and the MEP fit out works to the existing Burlington House & Burlington Gardens buildings.
The buildings comprise of Lower Ground, Ground, and Mezzanine, First, Second, Third floors and Roof. Burlington House will remain operational during the the whole duration of the project requiring careful sequencing of works.
The MEP works include a high specification Audio Visual installation and the installation of bespoke architectural light fittings
